ALENA is an investment firm governed by the Belgian Law of 6th April 1995. It was founded by a group of private investors actively involved in the management of the company and who brought their precious expertise acquired in the business world.
Founded in May 1999, ALENA is registered, since the 29 February 2000, with the CBFA (Banking Finance Insurance Commission, the Belgian prudential supervisory authority)(www.cbfa.be).
ALENA's ambition is to offer an independent wealth management service to a restricted number of clients, principally individuals, families and institutional investors.
